How to Search data

To find required data, enter the keyword or key phrase into the Search box at the upper-right corner of the CentriQS window and press Enter button.

Note Search results are sorted by the keyword found firstly in the Code, secondly in the Title (or Name), and thirdly in other properties of the listed entity records.

Tip CentriQS uses Apache Lucene search engine, so you can benefit from its query syntax:

• Phrase searches (with double quotes: “”)
• Wildcard searches (with symbols: ?, *)
• Fuzzy searches (with symbol: ~)
• Logical searches (with Boolean operators: +, -, AND, OR, NOT)

To open the dialog box of the found entity, right-click the record and click Open Entity.

To find the entity in its main view, right-click the record and click Find Entity.
